Medical significance of “comfort” in artificial environment:Thinking about comfort and health

In today’s society, the creation of an artificial environment is getting more and more attention. The indoor environment should not only meet the requirements of comfort, but also consider the potential impact of its dynamic changes on human health and immunity. This article takes the construction of human settlements as the starting point, combining the existing literature research and the viewpoints of Chinese and Western medicine. Firstly, it enumerates the impact of the external environment on human health and internal environment. Secondly, it presents the role of “comfort” creation in improving the body’s health. Finally, it explains the medical significance of “comfort” in the physical environment to human health from a macro perspective. It provides new ideas for the cross-study of this profession and medicine.
